I'm so glad you're here! I have provided clinical mental health treatment to children, families, and adults for almost 18 years. I have special training and supervision in the areas trauma/anxiety treatment, chronic stress, parent/child relationship problems, depression, child sexual abuse/sexual assault, and neurofeedback. I aim to help people get well mentally by addressing the whole person; physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Parent Child interaction Therapy (PCIT). I appreciate helping people understand how their nervous system is involved in their symptoms and recovery. All active patients have the option to receive a qEEG brain map assessment through the myndlift platform. Neurofeedback can be used as a stand alone intervention or as a supplement to mental health treatment.
